Update on School Breakfast/Lunch Program


The Coal City School District is dedicated to continuing to serve meals to our students during the mandated school closure.  For the month of May, we will have meal pickup on Saturdays only at the High School. Pickup will be curbside so please pull up to the Events Entry and stay in your vehicle. We will not continue to deliver meals to other locations previously offered. We can only provide meals for Coal City Community Unit District #1 students.

Meals will be provided for an entire week at a time.  The pickup days for May will be 5/9, 5/16, and 5/23. Pick up meals at the Coal City High School Events entry from 11 am - 12 pm.

Meal pickup will end when the school year ends. The meal service will not continue into summer. 

If your student needs meals, please complete this form (link below) each week by 8 am on the pickup dates.
