Students in Mrs. Ness and Miss Jacobs’ classroom were tasked with engineering their own solar cooker to make s’mores for their snack. They discussed qualities of both solar and thermal energy and decided which materials would be best to use for the solar cooker. After 45 minutes, the students discussed the results of their experiment while enjoying their s’more!
